Iced Peachy Keen

While it’s delicious year-round, this tea was designed for those hot spring and summer months when you’re craving something light and flavorful to help you cool down and slow down. The natural sweetness of the peach makes it incredibly versatile, appealing both to those who like it sweet and unsweet. For those who like it sweet, the added sugar brings out the fruit flavors without being overpowering.

For a visually stunning delivery, add in fresh raspberries and/or peaches.

This recipe makes a half gallon of iced Peachy Keen. If you're using the small bag (the tan one), use the whole bag! And since white tea is fairly delicate, make sure you let your water cool a bit before you add the tea, so that it doesn't turn out bitter. We shoot for about 185° F, which is usually about 2 min. off the heat after it’s come to a boil.

Also, this recipe is designed for being served right away. If you're planning ahead, you can skip the ice and just top off the brewed tea with enough water to make a 1/2 gallon and then stick it in the fridge for later.
