Iced CPR is one of our favorite summertime drinks. It's light and refreshing, blending smooth chamomile with a sparkle of peppermint at the end. The rooibos, ginger, and lavender round out the flavor beautifully.
Have fun adding fresh fruit/herbs. Some of our favorites: strawberry*, peach*, basil*, watermelon, cantaloupe, raspberry/lime, and lemon. *any combination of these is superb.
This recipe makes a half gallon of iced CPR. If you're using the smaller bag (the tan one), use the whole bag! Also, this recipe is designed for being served right away. If you're planning ahead, you can skip the ice and just top off the brewed tea with enough water to make a 1/2 gallon and then stick it in the fridge for later.
