Why so few teas?

Two of our guiding principles as a tea company are quality and accessibility, and much of what we do is structured around these two values. This has shaped not just how we build our teas, but how many teas we offer. It seems to be the case these days that tea companies offer either a small set of high-end and fairly expensive teas or they offer an absolutely endless array of flavors, albeit at a more affordable price. We wanted to combine these worlds. So we set about discovering and building teas whose flavors were accessible and interesting, but without compromising quality. The end result is a solid line of teas that we couldn't be prouder of.

Do you have a brick & mortar?

We proudly partner with Black Mountain Chocolate in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, located at 450 N Patterson Ave. Our loose leaf teas can be purchased there. They also carry our teas on the menu, and often create specialty drinks using our blends. If you're in the area, we highly recommend you drop by, grab a drink, and taste their amazing chocolates!

What is your shipping policy?

We strive to fulfill all orders within 2 business days from the date of order. Packages will be sent either via USPS or FedEx, depending on the weight of the order and you will receive a confirmation e-mail letting you know that your tea has shipped. If expedited shipping is not selected and your order is under 13 oz, allow 5-8 business days for standard delivery. All other orders should allow 2-3 business days. And while we will happily send our tea to the ends of the earth, if you are ordering from outside the continental US, we may have to send you a separate invoice to cover additional shipping costs.

How do I order wholesale?

Whether your business already orders from us or you are curious about our products and pricing, simply click "WHOLESALE" at the bottom of the page. This will direct you to a login page where you will need to supply a password. If you are a current partner, you can do all your ordering from this page. Contact us using the "CONTACT" link at the bottom of the page if you have lost or forgotten your password. If you are not yet a wholesale customer, click the I'M INTERESTED button and we will send you the relevant information.
