The history of Thai iced tea, though not that old, traverses continents, cultures, and culinary traditions. Guided by a sense of adventure and a commitment to all-natural ingredients, our contribution to this lineage is mildly spicy and floral, but still true to its roots. Enjoy iced with cream.
Prep Directions: Thai tea is traditionally served over ice. If you don't have time to premake and chill your tea, here's a shortcut: For a 12 oz glass, steep 1.5 Tbsp of tea in 6 oz of boiled water for 7 minutes. Once steeped, remove tea and stir in 1 Tbsp of sugar. Pour tea over a glass filled with ice, add cream and enjoy!
