Ingredients: organic full leaf black tea from Guranse Estate, Nepal

Grown in the Dhankuta region of Nepal on one of the highest tea estates in the world, this organic black tea boasts captivating floral notes and a mellow astringency. Full and toasty .

This one is also great iced!  If making a pitcher iced, enjoy adding fresh fruit & herbs. Some of our favorites: lime, raspberries, cantaloupe, watermelon, strawberries, and pineapple.

Iced Tea Directions: You can prepare it either by hot steeping or cold brewing (our favorite), but either is great.

Hot Steep: 

-16 oz Single cup: 1 Tbsp dry tea. Steep for 5 min in 6 oz boiled water. Pour over ice.

-½ Gallon: 1/4 cup dry tea (.58 oz/16.5 gr), 3 cups boiling water. Steep covered for 5 min. Strain and bring up to ½ gal. with water and ice.

½ gal. Cold Brew: Stir 1/3 cup dry tea (0.80 oz/22.5 gr) into 1/2 gal. cool water. Cover and leave in fridge 6-8 hours or overnight. When ready, pour through a strainer and top water off to bring back to ½ gallon.
