Ingredients: organic Japanese matcha
Pleasantly bright with a mild vegetal astringency, this organic Japanese matcha shines when whisked with milk and slightly sweetened. In addition to its pre-harvest shading and slow stone-grinding, our matcha’s organic cultivation yields a deep blueish-green tea that’s full of antioxidants and free of harmful chemicals.
For a delicious hot matcha latte, follow these easy steps:
Pre-heat your cup with hot water and then discard.
Use 1 - 1.5 tsp of matcha per 8 oz milk.
Add about 1 Tbsp of 170° water to matcha and whisk to break up any lumps.
In a separate cup, heat your milk, add any sweetener (sugar or honey is great) and then froth.
Pour frothed milk over the matcha and enjoy!
For a refreshing iced matcha, follow these easy steps:
Use 1 - 1.5 tsp of matcha per 8 oz milk.
